We focus on creating a safe, compliant, and responsible work environment through our robust EHSQ systems and continuous improvement initiatives.Job Purpose : To support the General Manager EHSQ Systems in establishing, implementing, and maintaining Environment, Health, Safety, and Quality systems aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Implement and continually improve ISO systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO
  • Monitor and enhance Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) systems across operations.
  • Manage EHSQ-related projects and drive process improvements.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory SHE requirements.
  • Develop and monitor EHSQ software systems and data analytics to support business decisions.
  • Conduct and coordinate internal audits and external certification processes.
  • Organize and deliver EHSQ-related training programs for staff.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external agencies, including certification bodies and statutory authorities.

Education & Qualifications :

  • Graduate in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety (mandatory).
  • Certified Internal Auditor (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 18001 preferred).
  • Exposure to Total Quality Management (TQM) desirable.
  • Experience :

  • 10-15 years of relevant experience in EHSQ functions, preferably within the API or chemical manufacturing industry.
  • Hands-on experience in managing audits, compliance, and ISO certifications.
  • Skills & Competencies :

  • Strong knowledge of EHSQ management systems and statutory compliance.
  • Proficient in data analysis, documentation, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with initiative and accountability.
  • Effective planning, organizing, and decision-making skills.
