Claims Manager - Fire Insurance

Handle end-to-end fire and property claims for domestic clients — from intimation to settlement.

Review and interpret fire & allied perils policy wordings to confirm coverage and exclusions.

Coordinate with insurers, surveyors, loss assessors, contractors, and clients for smooth claim processing.

Conduct or assist in site inspections, damage assessments, and evidence collection.

Prepare, maintain, and update all claims records, reports, and MIS dashboards.

Conduct claim audits to verify accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal SOPs.

Support clients throughout the claims process, ensuring transparency and timely communication.

Assist in claim negotiations and settlements to protect client interests.

Identify trends, recommend risk-mitigation measures, and assist the broking team in policy renewals.

Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and internal claims management protocols.
