Mobile Architect

The Role We are seeking a visionary Mobile Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of next-generation mobile applications. You will be responsible for building scalable, secure, and high-performing mobile platforms (iOS and Android) that power our Connected Worker solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise-grade mobile application design, cloud-native architectures, and modern frameworks, with a passion for creating seamless user experiences.

How You Will Make An Impact.

• Define and own the end-to-end architecture of our mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms.
• Design scalable, secure, and performant mobile frameworks supporting offline-first capabilities, push notifications, and real-time data sync.
• Establish best practices for mobile development, CI / CD pipelines, and code quality.
• Collaborate with Product, Backend, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration between mobile apps, APIs, and cloud services.
• Drive architectural decisions on native, hybrid, or cross-platform technologies (React Native, Flutter, Kotlin Multiplatform, etc.).
• Ensure mobile apps adhere to enterprise-grade security standards (OAuth2, JWT, SAML, encryption at rest / in transit).
• Lead technical workshops with customers and internal teams to validate requirements and deliver architectural blueprints.
• Provide guidance to development and QA teams on mobile performance optimization, memory management, and app lifecycle.
