Job descriptionThe Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading paid media efforts across platforms like Google Ads , Meta (Facebook & Instagram) , LinkedIn , and more. The role includes campaign strategy, hands-on management, reporting, and collaboration with creatives and client leads. Candidates should be able to work independently, thrive in fast-paced environments, and communicate effectively in cross-functional teams. Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms Conduct audience targeting, A / B testing, and performance reporting Collaborate with content, design, and web teams on campaign assets Track KPIs including ROAS, CPL, and CPA, using tools like GA4 and Data Studio Make strategic recommendations to improve funnel performance 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media roles Proven track record managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaigns Strong command of analytics tools and reporting dashboards Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working asynchronously Bonus : experience in B2B, SaaS, or international markets Position : Digital Marketing Manager Type : Part-Time (10–15 hours / week) Location : Remote Start Date : October 2025 Compensation : Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience Interested candidates should submit their CV , a short introduction, and examples of past campaign performance (case studies, reports, or screenshots welcome) to : careers@wppmedia.com
