Plant Head (Immediate Start)

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and manage the operations of our ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) Tube manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in pipe mill operations, production planning, maintenance, and team leadership. This role is critical to ensuring optimal plant performance, quality standards, and timely delivery. Should be experienced in Fabrication & Galvanizing processes.

Production Management :

• Independently set up and run ERW Tube mills.
• Plan and execute full utilisation of plant and machinery.
• Monitor production KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
