JOB DESCRIPTION – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Experience : 5-8 Years
CTC : 8.5 LPA
Product Knowledge Must :

- Storage
- Firewall
- Cloud software (Azure, AWS)
- Laptops
- Servers
- Microsoft
1. Customer Handling :
Identifying the opportunities and sending the commercial proposal to the customers for new product orders.Handling cold calls for sales.Having price negotiation with the customers.2. Follow-up with Purchase Team :
Getting the purchase order, pricing, op’s and sending it to the respective purchase team.Monitoring the purchase team to follow-up with the customers and get the appliances and software licenses.Following-up with the purchase team for billing of invoices for customers.After installation then collecting of payment follow-ups with the purchase team.3. Product Training :
Attending product training at regular intervals.Learning of new products and technologies.Having monthly one product certification which is mandatory.4. Meetings & Reporting to management :
Maintaining customers daily calls report.Submission of weekly reports to the Reporting manager and Director.Attending daily meetings with the sales manager and two weeks once with the Director.5. Other Responsibilities :
Managing inside & field sales business development executives for follow-ups.Must achieve the targets quarterly once in a year.Any other work as required by management from time to time.
