Responsible for managing the entire Member Onboarding Process to ensure a smooth start to the member's fitness journey.Conducts comprehensive fitness consultations to understand individual needs and goals.Determines the right mix of personnel and tools tailored for each member to optimize their experience.Accountable for improving and maintaining a strong retention score through proactive member engagement.Strategizes, organizes, and promotes programs across multiple areas including Community Events, Self-Directed Workouts, Group Classes, and Personal Training .Manages the onboarding of trainers and is responsible for staff training and development .Creates regular touch-points with members, including calling irregular members to re-engage them.Develops educational resources and plans member engagement activities to build long-term member satisfaction and loyalty.Skills Required
