Role and Responsibilities :

Build Agentic AI & Predictive Modeling

• Build intent recognition and next-best-action models to support proactive, context-aware agent behavior.
• Apply time-series forecasting, NLP, and reinforcement learning to anticipate user needs and environmental changes.
• Engineer features from multimodal data (e.g., text, voice, behavioral logs) to enhance model accuracy and personalization.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate predictive models into real-time agentic AI systems.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize model performance using A / B testing, feedback loops, and adaptive learning techniques.
• Contribute to the architecture of agentic AI systems that exhibit goal-driven, self-directed behavior aligned with user objectives.
