This role ensures accuracy in financial statements, strengthens governance frameworks, and drives proactive risk mitigation. The ideal candidate is a detail-driven finance leader with strong knowledge of accounting laws applicable to Indian business environments..

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Controls

• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure timely closure of books as per corporate timelines.
• Drive implementation of internal financial controls and process enhancement.
• Monitor cash flows, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Lead and manage all accounting and finance functions.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing.
• Develop internal controls, accounting policies, and process improvements.
• Supervise the finance team for efficient operations
• Team Leadership & Mentoring
• Manages company accounts and finances.
