Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Web Development Manager located in Vadodara. The Web Development Manager will lead the development process for web applications and platforms, ensuring the creation of user-centered designs and seamless functionality. Responsibilities will include managing front-end and back-end development, overseeing software development projects, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time. The role also requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage project milestones, troubleshooting technical challenges, and maintaining coding standards for high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Front-End Development, including expertise in creating responsive and user-friendly interfaces
• Strong background in Web Development and Web Applications, with experience in building robust platforms
• Experience in Software Development, including debugging, testing, and deploying scalable solutions
• Ability to manage and oversee Project Management processes to ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in the financial services or trading industry is a plus
• Up-to-date with emerging web technologies and industry trends
