Zonal Head (VP) Acquisition - Alliance & Partnership

Roles & Responsibilities

• Drive strategic alliances across the zone with banks (Banca), NBFCs, MFIs, brokers, and corporate agents
• Identify and onboard new partners through consultative B2B engagement
• Present the company’s capabilities across Credit Life, Broking, Corporate Agency, and Group Insurance.
• Drive innovation in partnership models to enhance market penetration.
• Achieve zonal targets through partner channels.
• Monitor and optimize performance of existing alliances.
• Develop and execute zonal business plans aligned with national strategy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders in partner organizations
• Resolve escalations and ensure smooth operations across partner touchpoints.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to tailor offerings for partners.
• Provide market intelligence and competition mapping to influence product strategy
• Lead and mentor a team of alliance managers and business development executives.
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and internal controls.
