Criteria : Min 6 months To 1 Yrs of Credit Life Experience OR experience in Home Loan & Loan Against Property

Key Responsibilities :

• Business Development : Identify and cultivate opportunities to expand the credit life insurance portfolio by collaborating with loan officers and branch managers.
• Sales Enablement : Motivate and train loan officers to achieve target attachment rates for credit life products within assigned branches.
• Process Oversight : Monitor the sales process at branch levels, providing coaching and ensuring adherence to best practices for credit life product promotion.
• Performance Tracking : Coordinate the issuance of credit life policies, report on attachment rates, and identify areas requiring additional training or process improvements.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with regional and branch leadership to drive focus and accountability for credit life sales targets
