Lead Salesforce Developer

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data model.
• Strong experience with Salesforce integrations (REST / SOAP APIs, external systems, middleware).
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, limits, and best practices.
• Experience with DevOps practices, version control (Git), and CI / CD tools (Gearset, Copado, etc.).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is strongly preferred.
• Additional certifications such as Application Architect or System Architect are a plus.
