Job descriptionProven experience as a QA Architect or Senior QA Engineer in enterprise environments. Strong expertise in automation frameworks : Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium. CI / CD pipeline integration (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps). API testing (Postman, RestAssured), performance testing (JMeter, Gatling), basic security testing. Hands-on coding skills in Java, JavaScript, or Python. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) & microservices testing. Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills. Strategic role to shape QA culture across the organization. Opportunity to work with modern tech stacks and innovative teams. Influence quality practices from strategy to execution. Mentor & lead a community of QA professionals.
We are looking for a Technical QA Architect to define, drive, and scale quality engineering strategies across the organization. This role demands deep expertise in test automation, quality strategy, DevOps integration, and modern QA tools, with the ability to influence quality culture at scale.

Experience : 10+ years in QA (3+ years in QA Architect / Leadership role)
Key Responsibilities :
- Define & implement enterprise-wide QA strategies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Architect scalable test automation solutions across multiple Champion shift-left testing, CI / CD integration, and DevTestOps adoption.
- Evaluate and recommend automation, performance, and security testing tools.
- Mentor QA engineers & developers on quality-first engineering practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for scalable and maintainable testing solutions.
- Monitor and improve quality metrics using data-driven insights.
- Govern test environments, test data management, and release quality gates.
