Job Description

Trade Finance Operations :

• Execution of Trade Finance Products : Handle end-to-end processing of trade finance instruments including Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC), Buyer's Credit, Supplier Credit, and Supply Chain Financing.
• Bank Coordination & Documentation : Liaise with banks and internal teams to ensure timely issuance, amendment, and closure of trade finance instruments with complete and compliant documentation.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to RBI, FEMA, and other applicable regulatory guidelines in all trade finance transactions.
• Working Capital Management : Support in setting up and maintaining working capital limits, including preparation and submission of required documentation to banks.
• MIS & Reporting : Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to trade finance utilization, bank limits, and performance metrics for internal and external stakeholders.
• KYC & Bank Documentation : Maintain and update KYC documentation for all banking partners and authorized signatories across entities.
• Audit Support : Provide necessary documentation and support for internal, statutory, and regulatory audits related to trade finance activities.
• Process Improvement : Contribute to automation and transformation initiatives to streamline trade finance workflows and reduce manual intervention.
