Sales and Marketing Management :
- Responsible for sales and marketing of carbon and special alloy steels across east and central zones.
- Manage product portfolio including as-rolled wire rods, annealed wire rods, rounds, RCS, spring steel flats, bright bars, and stainless steel flats.
- Oversee sales operations in North India (Delhi-NCR, Haryana, Rajasthan) targeting Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers as well as OEMs such as Maruti, Honda, TATA, Kia, and Hyundai.
Business Development :
Lead business development initiatives including acquisition of new customers and new product development with existing customers.Conduct negotiations and align customer needs with the current product offerings.Track competition and market trends to identify growth opportunities.Strategic Planning and Forecasting :
Prepare and execute strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve business targets.Ensure stock availability and coordinate with production and planning teams to meet delivery schedules.Customer Relationship Management :
Manage customer relationships and communications across various internal functions.Monitor and manage customer credit limits and negotiate secure payment terms.Arrange technical offers, prepare proposals, pricing, and lead negotiations with customers.Financial Management :
Prepare annual and monthly sales budgets and review credit / debit memos regularly.Analyze market and competition performance to identify potential customers and opportunities.Skills Required
