Role : Leader – AI [Search]

Location : Pune, India

Experience : 15+ Years (with strong leadership in AI / ML / Search)

This leader will drive Search, recommendation system & Personalization charter for the Artificial Intelligence BU for a Leading Financial Services Group.

Role Impact :

Lead a team of search engineers, build horizontal AI capabilities, deliver large-scale ML systems in production, and create state-of-the-art search & recommendation models.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain advanced search algorithms and indexing systems (text, image, and voice search).

Apply NLP, machine learning, and deep learning models to enhance search accuracy and relevance.

Implement features such as faceted search, query expansion, and personalization to improve user experience.

Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, effective solutions.

Optimize performance, ensure system reliability, and provide support for production environments.
