Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production and Quality Manager at KONVERTO, located in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing the production processes for modular interior products, ensuring high-quality standards, and implementing quality management systems. Additional responsibilities include managing production schedules, optimising workflows, conducting quality checks, troubleshooting issues in manufacturing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product excellence. The position requires a proactive approach to maintaining operational efficiency and addressing production-related challenges.

Qualifications

Proficiency in production management, quality control, and workflow optimisation

Basic understanding of cabinet cut-list and 2D production drawings.

Experience in modular furniture, interior manufacturing processes, and product assembly

Strong problem-solving, leadership, and team management skills

Ability to implement and maintain quality assurance standards and resolve production issues

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field is preferred.

Prior experience in the furniture or modular interiors industry is an advantage

Candidate Profile

The position Open for both Bangalore & Coimbatore (Sulur)

Min 2-6 Years Experience, with min 2 years relevant experience.

Bangalore Candidate should be comfortable commuting to Bommasandra in Bangalore.

Coimbatore Candidates should be comfortable in Commuting daily to Sulur or ready to Re-locate to Coimbatore.
