Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and execute SAP PP and PM module implementations, rollouts, and support activities in S / 4HANA environments.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, design functional solutions, and prepare Blueprints, GAP analyses, and Functional Specifications.
  • Configure Production Planning processes including Process Orders, Master Recipes, Bill of Materials (BOMs), Routings, Work Centers, and Production Versions.
  • Integrate SAP PP with FI, SD, PS, and MM modules, including IDoc interfaces and related workflows.
  • Manage Material Requirement Planning (MRP) configuration and integration with procurement and sales processes.
  • Support Production Order Execution processes such as order confirmation, goods issue, goods receipt, and backflushing.
  • Coordinate with the technical (ABAP) team for custom developments, testing, and deployment of new functionalities.
  • Oversee master data management, including inspection plans, catalogues, code groups, and characteristics.
  • Manage business process re-engineering, solution design, testing (unit / integration), and preparation of end-user training materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices and alignment with organizational objectives.

Required Skills & Expertise :

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP and PM modules.
  • At least 2 end-to-end SAP S / 4HANA implementations and multiple support or rollout projects.
  • In-depth understanding of production planning, process orders, master data, and MRP configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of integration points with MM, SD, FI, PS, and QM.
  • Experience in Functional Specification writing, testing, and working with ABAP developers.
  • Strong understanding of solution design, configuration, and business process mapping.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • This opportunity has no WFH or Hybrid modes, to work from office and client sites
