Job descriptionHold a technical degree in a related field, providing a solid background in technology applications. Skillfully generate accurate and timely invoices for products and services, ensuring adherence to billing policies and procedures. Professionally handle the sending of notices and termination notices, maintaining clarity and compliance with company policies, with a nuanced approach for UK and US clients. Provide support via chat, offering assistance with server details and addressing basic technical inquiries from clients in the UK and US. Exhibit a proactive approach in addressing client issues, demonstrating the ability to navigate and resolve challenges with a positive and solution-oriented mindset. A technical degree in a relevant field. Basic understanding of hardware and network concepts. Previous experience in invoice generation and notice handling is advantageous. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to proactively manage and resolve client concerns. Strong communication Skill
