Description -

We’re looking for a visionary Salesforce Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud . This strategic role combines deep technical expertise with leadership to drive enterprise-wide CRM transformation. You’ll oversee platform architecture, collaborate with stakeholders, and guide the evolution of Salesforce to align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end architecture and solution design for Salesforce implementations across Sales, Service, FSC, Experience, and Marketing Clouds.

Act as the principal Salesforce Administrator, ensuring platform governance, data integrity, and security best practices.

Serve as a domain expert in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, translating business requirements into scalable solutions.

Architect and implement Financial Services Cloud features tailored to client needs in banking, insurance, or wealth management.

Design and build custom applications using Platform App Builder tools, Apex, Lightning Components, and Flows.

Conduct deep-dive assessments of current Salesforce usage and deliver strategic roadmaps for optimization.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, create prototypes, and validate solution approaches.

Own the product backlog, grooming and refining user stories with clear success criteria and testing steps.

Act as release manager, overseeing configuration and code deployments across environments.

Supervise QA, testing, and deployment processes to ensure quality and compliance.

Provide mentorship and guidance to Salesforce developers, admins, and consultants.

Document architecture decisions, technical designs, and deployment workflows.

Lead cross-functional planning and ensure alignment across workstreams and delivery teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in Salesforce architecture and development.

Proven expertise in :

Salesforce Administration

Sales Cloud and Service Cloud consulting

Financial Services Cloud (FSC)

Platform App Builder tools

Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and declarative automation.

Experience with Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud integrations.

Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and integration patterns.

Familiarity with DevOps, CI / CD pipelines, and release management tools.

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect).

Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Einstein Analytics, or MuleSoft.

Exposure to enterprise-level CRM transformation projects.

Background in financial services or regulated industries.

Agile delivery experience using tools like Jira and Confluence.
