Role Overview
The Mid-Level Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually compelling designs across digital and print platforms. This role requires strong design fundamentals, creative thinking, and the ability to translate briefs into high-quality visual content. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Conceptualization & Design
- Develop creative concepts, layouts, and designs based on brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Create static and digital assets including social media creatives, banners, posters, emailers, brand collateral, website graphics, and digital ads.
- Ensure consistency of design style, tone, and visual quality across all deliverables.
- Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions.
2. Branding & Visual Communication
Work on brand identity projects including logos, color palettes, typography, and visual guidelines.Maintain and evolve brand aesthetics for clients, ensuring high-quality execution and brand consistency.Interpret and visually express brand stories and concepts effectively.3. Collaboration & Project Execution
Work closely with copywriters, marketing teams, and project managers to deliver cohesive creative outputs.Understand requirements, timelines, and objectives clearly and deliver on schedule.Take feedback constructively and iterate designs as required.Coordinate with external vendors (printers, production teams) when needed.4. Technical Skills & Production
Prepare final files for print and digital use with accuracy.Ensure proper use of color formats, bleed, resolution, and export settings.Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry standards.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree / diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.2–4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer (agency experience preferred).Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, design versatility, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in industry-standard design tools :Adobe PhotoshopAdobe IllustratorAdobe InDesign(Bonus : Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro)Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualities
