Ion Idea is looking for a Technical Product Specialist – Team Lead to drive customer success, lead a high-performing team, and provide expert-level technical support for Dynatrace technologies . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS products, cloud platforms, and DevOps tools , along with exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team, ensuring exceptional customer experience and post-sales support .
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Dynatrace technologies, methodologies, and frameworks .
- Provide real-time troubleshooting and technical support across multiple platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Work with Customer Experience platforms to drive engagement and issue resolution.
- Stay up to date with emerging cloud, DevOps, and ITSM technologies .
- Obtain Professional Level Dynatrace Certification within the first six months.
Key Requirements
3+ years of experience in customer success or equivalent post-sales support.1+ years of leadership experience , with proven mentorship and organizational skills.Strong understanding of SaaS products and cloud technologies .Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Hands-on experience with one or more of the following :Cloud Platforms : AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, OpenStack, OpenShift, Kubernetes, SAP.Web & Application Servers : Apache, IIS, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss.Development Technologies : Java Servlets, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax.Mobile Technologies : iOS, Android Webkit.DevOps Tools : Ansible, Jenkins, Chef, Puppet.ITSM Platforms : ServiceNow, BMC, CMDB.Why Join Us
