Site Supervisor - Interior Industry

Job description :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee interior project execution from start to finish. The ideal candidate will ensure that all on-site activities run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise site workers, daily schedules, and overall site performance.

Enforce  health and safety protocols  and conduct regular site inspections.

Manage materials, maintain stock records, and ensure timely availability.

Collaborate with project managers and designers to resolve issues and ensure smooth project alignment.

Ensure timely completion of project milestones and maintain progress reports.

Key Requirements :

Minimum  1 year of experience  in site supervision (interior project experience preferred).

Freshers  with a strong interest in interior design and site supervision are welcome to apply.

Excellent  coordination and project management  abilities.

Willingness to  travel to project sites (up to 75%) .

Diploma or degree  in a relevant field ( Interior preferred).
