Job descriptionDeliver actionable trade setups with precise entry / exit points and risk-reward calculations Track funding rates, open interest, order book liquidity, and institutional money flow Partner with our proprietary trading desk to execute high-probability strategies Produce daily / weekly intelligence reports with technical outlooks and market commentary Integrate tokenomics analysis, macroeconomic catalysts, and protocol upgrades into trading views Stay ahead of token launches, regulatory shifts, and global financial events Operate in structured rotational shifts covering global trading sessions (includes nights / weekends / holidays) Maintain discipline and precision in high-velocity, high-stakes environments 1–3 years proven experience in Forex or Commodity trading (non-negotiable) Expert-level proficiency in technical analysis frameworks and charting platforms (TradingView, MT4 / MT5) Foundational knowledge of blockchain technology, distributed ledger systems, and fundamental analysis Exceptional analytical skills with strong numerical aptitude and risk management discipline Flexibility to work rotational shifts in alignment with 24 / 7 global market operations Commitment to relocate to Singapore or Dubai after 12 months (performance-based) Hands-on experience with derivatives, futures, perpetual swaps, or options trading Familiarity with on-chain analytics, sentiment indicators, and macroeconomic modeling Technical proficiency : Python, Excel VBA, Google Sheets automation, or algorithmic tools Industry certifications : CFTe, CMT, CFA (Level 1+), or DLT / Blockchain credentials
