Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader – Full Stack MERN Developer to lead our frontend and full-stack development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of hands-on MERN stack experience and a proven track record of leading development teams. You will drive technical excellence, mentor developers, and deliver high-performance, scalable applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor frontend and full-stack development teams
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.Js, React.Js, Node.Js)
  • Architect and implement RESTful APIs , microservices , and third-party integrations
  • Optimize MongoDB performance and design advanced database schemas
  • Implement and manage CI / CD pipelines , Git workflows , and DevOps best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
  • Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as AWS , Azure , and DigitalOcean
  • Ensure code quality, security, and performance standards are met

Qualifications Experience

  • 3–4 years of professional experience with the MERN stack
  • Proven leadership experience in managing frontend or full-stack teams

    • Technical Skills

  • Expert in JavaScript (ES6+)
  • React.Js proficiency with Hooks, Context API, Redux
  • Strong command over Node.Js , Express.Js , and RESTful API development
  • Advanced MongoDB skills : indexing, aggregation, performance tuning, schema design
  • Proficient in Git , GitHub workflows , branching strategies , and code reviews
  • Hands-on experience with CI / CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of DevOps practices and infrastructure as code
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms : AWS , Azure , DigitalOcean
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and API integrations
