Goal

Build and execute digital marketing strategies on Instagram, Facebook, and Shopify to drive brand awareness and online sales for our silver jewelry brand.

Balaji Enterprises is an Ahmedabad-based leader in the manufacturing of hologram stickers and labels since 2006. Known for delivering premium quality holographic products, Balaji has helped numerous companies across diverse industries combat forgery and protect their brands. Our team is dedicated to providing the best solutions, offering a wide range of customizable holograms and labels to meet the specific needs of our clients. We serve customers all over India, expanding our client base to many major states.

Skills Required

Social media management (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest)
Shopify basics (product uploads, store updates, app integrations)
Basic ad campaign management (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
SEO fundamentals (keyword research, on-page optimization for Shopify)
Analytics tracking (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Meta Insights)
Basic video editing for reels / stories (CapCut, InShot, Canva)

Additional Candidate Preferences

Prior experience running Instagram / Shopify campaigns that resulted in sales

Familiarity with influencer marketing & affiliate programs

Interest in jewelry, fashion, or luxury branding

Ability to interpret analytics and make quick campaign adjustments

Responsibilities

Create & manage a weekly content calendar for Instagram & Facebook

Plan and execute social media campaigns (organic + paid)

Collaborate with influencers & brand ambassadors to generate sales

Optimize ad targeting & monitor ROI daily

Upload and optimize products on Shopify (SEO + images + descriptions)

Track analytics (Shopify, Meta, Google Analytics) and prepare performance reports with sales insights

Suggest & implement conversion rate optimization tactics on the website
