Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Co-Founder. Right now the business is registered as Sole-Proprietorship firm. After the joining of the Co-Founder, it will be registered as LLP, then in Startup. The candidate will work from Jaipur but some work from home is acceptable. The Business Co-Founder will be responsible for strategic planning, executing business strategies, leading sales and marketing efforts, and conducting research to drive the company's growth. The role involves close collaboration with the technical team to align business objectives with the AI innovations. The Business Co-Founder will also be responsible for investor relations, financial management, and partnership development.

The role / partnership will be based on equity split, it is not a salary based job, but an actual role which soon be converted to company board member.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and Research capabilities (Necessary)
  • Strong Communication skills and ability to articulate vision and strategies (Necessary)
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing strategies (Recommended)
  • Proven leadership and entrepreneurial skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, managing both in-office and remote work tasks effectively (Necessary)
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
