Primary Role Description : We are looking for a young professional with experience to :

• Manage the Mentoring program on a daily basis.
• Build capacity of Mentees ( Youth ) in the age group of 14 to 18 years in the areas of Values, Life and Social Skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English .
• Guide & Support Mentors (Volunteers) and enable them to work with the mentees.

Key Responsibilities :

Key Requirements (Skills & Qualities) :

Educational Background : Graduate / Postgraduate from streams related to Bachelors in Social Work (BSW) / Masters in Social Work (MSW) / Management Studies / Social Entrepreneurship or any other streams with relevant work experience.

Languages : Fluency in English is a must, along with a working knowledge of either Hindi or Marathi.

Work Experience : Minimum 3-8 years in either Social or Corporate Sector, CSR, Education, Training, Team Lead, Program Coordination, Operations Management.

Sectors : Non-profit, Corporate, Education, Livelihoods, Training.
