Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation : Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, job portals, and databases.
- Cold Calling & Email Outreach : Reach out to HR leaders, Talent Acquisition Heads, and decision-makers to introduce TalentOnLease services.
- Fixing Meetings : Schedule and coordinate virtual or in-person meetings between prospects and the business team.
- Client Engagement : Understand client requirements and propose suitable hiring solutions.
- Pipeline Management : Maintain and update the sales pipeline.
- Market Research : Track industry trends, new projects, and upcoming hiring needs across sectors.
Desired Skills & Competencies :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Comfortable with cold calling, lead qualification, and handling objections.Strong interest in B2B sales, client relationship management, or recruitment services.Proficiency in LinkedIn, MS Excel, and CRM tools.Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.Qualifications :
