Key Role & Responsibilities :
- Conducting Discovery Sessions : Engage in conversations with clients to fully understand their business challenges, pain points, and objectives.
- Needs Analysis : Assess the clients current situation and determine their specific needs that can be addressed with your solutions.
- Solution Customization : Work with internal teams (product, service, and technical teams) to customize the offering based on client requirements.
- Sales Planning : Develop sales strategies, define clear sales targets, and outline key milestones for solution delivery.
- Solution Selling : Rather than focusing on just selling a product, engage in consultative selling, where the sales process involves understanding the client's pain points and offering tailored solutions.
- Presenting Solutions : Conduct presentations, webinars, and demos to showcase the solution's benefits, features, and ROI to potential clients.
- Creating Proposals : Prepare detailed, customized proposals that outline the solution, pricing, implementation plan, and terms of service.
