Strategic Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Drive Strategic Financial Growth as a FP&A Lead / Manager.

We're seeking an experienced professional to drive strategic financial initiatives and provide critical insights to our leadership team.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of finance and technology, analyzing performance and growth opportunities across multiple teams.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in FP&A, with a deep understanding of SaaS metrics and advanced analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop Strategic Financial Plans : Own annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes to inform business decisions.
• Analyze Performance Metrics : Develop SaaS metrics reporting, including ARR, churn, LTV / CAC, and unit economics to identify areas for improvement.
• Partner with Cross-Functional Teams : Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to analyze performance and growth opportunities.
• Present Financial Results : Prepare monthly board packages and present financial results to executive leadership.
