Role Overview :

Oracle is seeking a Oracle Fusion HCM Solutions Consultant  to join our dynamic Oracle University team. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional who thrives on sharing knowledge and making complex topics accessible and engaging. You’ll play a critical role in developing and delivering high-quality training content across Oracle HCM, with a focus on Payroll, as part of Oracle University's global digital learning ecosystem.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Deep passion for teaching, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on consulting or implementation experience with Oracle HCM Applications, specifically Global Payroll.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes including : Payroll configuration and processing Payroll elements, balances, and costing Retroactive and off-cycle payroll management Statutory compliance and deductions Payroll reporting and reconciliation
• Broader exposure to Time and Labor, Absence Management, Benefits, and Compensation modules.
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and modern e-learning technologies is a plus.
