Role Summary :

A senior leadership position focused on driving end-to-end Salesforce delivery for global enterprise clients. The role involves managing complex programs across various Salesforce clouds, ensuring high-quality engineering execution, delivery governance, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead delivery of Salesforce solutions (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience Cloud).
Manage delivery timelines, quality, budgets, and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with clients, architects, and technical teams for solution alignment.
Build and lead high-performing Salesforce teams.
Drive Agile, DevOps, and engineering best practices.
Support pre-sales, solutioning, and internal capability Required :
17 to 22 years of total IT experience.
10+ years in Salesforce delivery or engineering leadership.
Strong track record with enterprise Salesforce implementations.
Experience in IT services or consulting environments.
Exposure to global delivery models and distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related.

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect).

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
