Job Title : Social Media & Content Growth Coordinator — Sugandha Kedia & Project (Stealth Mode)

Location : Raipur (Full-time, In-office)

About the Role :

We're looking for a smart, creative multitasker to assist Sugandha Kedia across brand content, shoot coordination, and digital growth — while also helping build an upcoming wellness-based project (currently in stealth mode).

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and plan all shoots — make-up artists, videographers, editors, and stylists.
Source and request clothes from brands for collaborations and shoots.
Handle communication and mail brands for work or product sourcing.
Manage daily posting (no scheduling tools) across Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat.
Create and share AI-generated and informational videos for the Project's social pages.
Line up guests or creators for short video series and collaborations.
Coordinate between internal teams, vendors, and content partners.
Build and maintain the LinkedIn page for the new Project.
Track engagement insights and weekly performance metrics.

Skills & Requirements

Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Creative eye for content, styling, and shoot management.

Basic video editing or Canva skills preferred.

Comfortable managing lifestyle and wellness-based digital content.

Self-driven, organized, and eager to grow with a fast-paced creative team.

Bonus Skills

Prior experience in influencer coordination or brand communication.

Understanding of social media trends and Gen-Z content culture.
