The Impact You’ll Drive
- Lead the copy and storytelling vision across multi-platform, high-impact campaigns
- Mentor a growing team of writers, helping them sharpen their voice, stretch their ideas, and grow their confidence
- Translate business and brand objectives into compelling narratives and campaign platforms
- Collaborate with senior clients and internal stakeholders to evolve creative thinking, defend ideas, and refine execution
- Partner closely with art, strategy, media, tech, and influencer teams to build seamless, integrated work
- Explore and integrate GenAI tools into the writing process—to unlock speed, efficiency, and creative experimentation
- Stay plugged into culture, language trends, and the evolving voice of the internet to keep the work fresh, sharp, and current
What You’ll Bring
11–13 years of experience in copywriting, with a portfolio that spans digital, film, social, branded content, and campaignsProven team leadership—guiding writers with feedback, clarity, and careExperience using GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, etc.) to support ideation, research, and refinementA strong sense of storytelling structure, voice development, and platform-specific writingComfort leading pitches, high-level client conversations, and cross-functional creative reviews
