Job descriptionMinimum 5+ years of professional experience in AI / Machine Learning engineering. Proven expertise in developing and deploying large-scale AI models in a production environment. Strong proficiency in Python and key AI / ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Solid understanding of MLOps principles and tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset. Exceptional communication skills , both written and verbal, for effective remote collaboration. What you'll do
- Design and develop advanced AI and machine learning models, from initial concept to production deployment.
- Build and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient MLOps pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers, to integrate AI solutions into our products.
- Research and implement the latest AI technologies and best practices to stay ahead of the curve.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
