Job descriptionFull-time (Work from Office) Competitive, as per market standards Manage conversion campaigns on Facebook, Google, and YouTube. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. Collaborate with designers on Creative research. ️ Present media plans and projections monthly. Conduct client meetings and share insights. Optimise campaigns across various platforms. Oversee affiliate marketing and partner onboarding. Research audience segmentation and new targeting options. Bachelor’s degree (engineering is a plus). Fluent in English. Own a laptop. Strong understanding of D2C marketing. Proficient with GA4 and Meta / Facebook Ads. Proactive and passionate. Strong analytical and research skills. Excellent communication. Attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Slides. Keyword Planner Meta Ads & Business Manager Google Analytics (GA4) Google Suite Google Tag Manager Google Search Console Day shift (9 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM) Baner, Pune - 411045, Maharashtra (commute or relocate before starting)
