Company : Swan Medicot LLP – a leading manufacturer of cotton-based beauty & hygiene products, expanding in the Indian retail and e-commerce market.
We are looking for a motivated E-commerce & B2B Sales Executive to set up, manage, and grow our online presence across marketplaces and B2B platforms.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Create and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, Nykaa, etc.
🔹 Set up and maintain profiles on IndiaMART, TradeIndia, JustDial, etc.
🔹 Respond to inbound leads, calls, and inquiries from these platforms.
🔹 Optimize listings for better visibility, SEO, and conversion.
🔹 Handle order processing, tracking, and coordination with logistics.
🔹 Regularly monitor platform dashboards, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with policies.
Requirements
✅ Prior experience in e-commerce account handling (Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, etc.)
✅ Strong communication & customer handling skills (calls & chats)
✅ Basic knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and product content writing preferred
✅ Organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask
✅ Freshers with good learning attitude may also apply
