Job description

We are seeking a motivated Customer Care Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in customer service, demonstrating a strong commitment to providing exceptional support to our customers. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Assist in training new team members and sharing knowledge with peers.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proficient in using customer support software and CRM systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
