Roles & Responsibilities : -
- Provide technical support to customers on Creo installation, licensing, and usage.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Creo modules and configuration.
- Handle POCs (Proof of Concept) and demonstrate Creo capabilities to clients.
- Respond to user queries related to Creo design workflows and best practices.
- Assist the sales and pre-sales team by providing post-sales technical expertise.
- Conduct on-site visits and remote sessions for support and training as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Creo features and industry design standards.
- Document solutions, training materials, and support activities.
- Deliver advanced training on Creo modules such as part modelling, assembly, and simulation.
Qualifications
Essential Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Thermal, Aerospace Engineering, or arelated discipline
0–2 years of hands-on experience in Creo (preferably Creo 7.0, 8.0, 9.0, 10.0, 11.0 orlater).
Strong skills in part modelling, assembly, simulation, and drawing creation.Familiarity with Creo installation, licensing, and common troubleshooting steps.Good communication and customer-handling skills.Ability to travel for client support and training sessions.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.Preferred Qualifications
Prior internship or academic project involving Creo application.Previous experience in technical support, application engineering, or customer-facingroles.
Exposure to industry standards like GD&T, DFMA, and other product developmentprocesses.
Education
Masters in Technology (M.Tech / M.E), Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech / B.E)
