Job Title : Team Lead – IT Recruitment (C2H Hiring Specialist)Location : Bangalore - MG Road (On-site)Experience : 6+ yearsNotice period : Immediate joiners preferred.Job Summary : We are looking for a Team Lead – IT Recruiter with strong hands-on experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring. This role involves leading a team of 2-3 recruiters focused on sourcing and screening high-quality IT profiles for urgent C2H requirements. The ideal candidate should be a proactive leader, highly skilled in sourcing strategies, and capable of driving team performance in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage a team of 2-3 recruiters focused on C2H IT hiring .Understand and distribute urgent C2H requirements to the team effectively.Guide the team on sourcing strategies and support them in closing critical roles.Perform high-level sourcing and screening for niche or priority requirements.Review team-submitted profiles to ensure quality and relevance before submission.Utilize job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, and Boolean / X-Ray searches to find active and passive candidates.Track team performance and daily submissions; ensure aggressive timelines are met.Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders and recruitment managers.Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring roles and urgent mandates.Conduct regular team huddles, share feedback, and ensure continuous skill improvement within the team.Required Skills : 5+ years of IT recruitment experience , with at least 1–2 years in a team lead or mentoring role .Proven expertise in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring and quick-turnaround sourcing.Strong hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster , and advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-Ray, etc.).Excellent knowledge of IT technologies to quickly assess resume fitment.Strong leadership, planning, and team management skills.Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and drive the team to achieve daily / weekly targets.Good verbal and written communication for internal coordination.
