We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Crypto Account Manager.
This is a client-facing position that requires strong communication, problem-solving, and social media knowledge.
- Manage end-to-end client communications : onboarding calls, reporting, feedback, updates, and maintain strong relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
- Monitor and track performance of client accounts, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with crypto / Web3 news, trends, and communities to provide insights for client strategies.
You should have :
Crypto Native : In-depth knowledge of crypto, blockchain, and Web3 (DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, exchanges, tokens, etc.).Social Media Expertise : Practical experience in social media management, strategy, or growth (Twitter / X, Telegram, Discord, Instagram).2–4 years of experience in account / project management, preferably in marketing, digital, or crypto agencies.Benefits
