Role : Full Stack Developer

As a Full Stack Developer, youll own both front-end and back-end development, building optimized, scalable systems that power AI-driven engagement. Youll collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product teams to deliver seamless integrations, fast performance, and innovative features for clients.

What Youll Do :

  • Develop and maintain optimized JavaScript tags for client websites
  • Ensure smooth integration and efficient performance of dynamic content
  • Minimize payloads and execution time for faster page loads
  • Design and maintain caching mechanisms to meet strict SLAs
  • Build and maintain backend services for data processing and retrieval from vector databases
  • Collaborate with backend developers, UI / UX designers, and product stakeholders

What Were Looking For :

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack or Front-End Developer
  • Expertise in front-end frameworks : React, Angular, or Vue.js
  • Strong knowledge of back-end technologies : Node.js, Express, or similar
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

    • What Would Be Awesome (Nice to Have) :

  • Experience with B2B tools or SaaS products
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and front-end / back-end integrations
  • Knowledge of modern build tools and Git
  • Experience with database management (vector databases a plus)
