About the Role
This is an analyst role focused on hotel feasibility, underwriting, financial modeling, and market studies. You’ll evaluate new hotel opportunities, support deal execution, and provide insights that guide investment decisions.
What You Will Work On
- Feasibility studies for hotel developments, acquisitions, conversions, and repositioning
- Financial modeling, cash flow analysis, IRR, sensitivity scenarios, and underwriting assumptions
- Hotel performance metrics : RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, GOP, NOI
- Market research : comp sets, supply pipeline, demand generators, competitive mapping
- Site selection research using demographic and location based data
- Investment memos, development decks, and presentations for leadership
- Due diligence including zoning, permits, regulatory requirements, and CapEx planning
- Portfolio performance tracking and variance analysis
- Collaboration across development, operations, finance, and asset management
