About the Role :
We are looking for experienced and client-focused ServiceNow Consultants with a strong background in one or more of the following modules : ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and CMDB. This role is ideal for professionals who can confidently engage with clients, understand their needs, and translate business requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
As a part of our expert support team, you will be working with global clients and helping them design, implement, or optimize their ServiceNow environments.
Key Responsibilities :
Engage with clients to understand their business needs and recommend ServiceNow solutions.
Design and implement ServiceNow modules – primarily ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and CMDB.
Configure and customize ServiceNow applications based on customer requirements.
Support end-to-end project lifecycles, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and support.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solution quality and performance.
Provide ongoing support and improvements for existing ServiceNow instances.
Stay updated on new ServiceNow features and best practices.
Key Skills & Experience :
6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow, including module implementation.
Strong expertise in one or more : ITSM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB.
Ability to lead client conversations and articulate complex ideas clearly and confidently.
Experience in stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and documentation.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Certification in ServiceNow (preferred but not mandatory).
Nice to Have :
Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
Understanding of integrations using REST / SOAP APIs.
