As a Technical Manager – Emerging Markets, you’ll play a pivotal role in safeguarding Costa’s reputation for quality and safety across a diverse and dynamic region. You’ll be the technical lead for our operations in Emerging Markets, ensuring that every product and process meets Costa’s global standards, local legislation, and customer expectations. From managing supplier and franchise partner compliance to driving technical governance and risk mitigation, you’ll be at the heart of our supply chain excellence.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead audits, support product launches, and act as the go-to expert for technical matters in the region. This is a role where your expertise will directly impact consumer safety, brand integrity, and operational success.

• Leading technical governance and performance monitoring across Emerging Markets.
• Managing supplier and franchise partner compliance with Costa’s Quality Management System and local legislation.
• Acting as the first point of contact for technical matters with suppliers, bottlers, and partners.
• Driving technical risk management and supporting product commercialisation.
• Conducting audits, managing escalations, and ensuring technical approval of suppliers and distribution sites.
