About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Ads Specialist to drive paid growth and customer acquisition for our AI agent development platform. You'll own our paid advertising strategy across multiple channels and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), , TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube
- Manage substantial advertising budgets and optimize spend allocation across platforms
- Create and test ad campaigns targeting AI / automation, SaaS, and enterprise audiences
- Conduct audience research, A / B testing, and competitive analysis in the AI / tech space
- Design conversion-focused landing pages and coordinate with design teams for ad creatives
- Implement conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics across all advertising platforms
- Use AI tools to enhance campaign optimization, creative testing, and audience targeting
- Monitor and optimize key metrics including CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Develop remarketing and retargeting strategies to nurture leads through the funnel
- Create performance reports and present insights to stakeholders
- Stay updated on platform changes, ad policies, and emerging advertising technologies
Requirements
8+ years proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns, preferably in SaaS or techStrong track record of scaling campaigns and achieving measurable ROIExpertise with Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)Advanced experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)Proficiency with Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, and other major platformsDeep understanding of Google Analytics 4, conversion tracking, and attribution modelsExperience using AI tools for ad optimization, creative generation, and campaign managementStrong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilitiesExcellent understanding of audience segmentation and targeting strategiesProven ability to manage six-figure+ monthly ad budgetsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred
Background in AI / ML industry or related technologiesExperience with programmatic advertising and demand-side platforms (DSPs)Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM integrationCertifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other platform certificationsExperience with video ad production and creative strategyFamiliarity with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools for advanced reportingEducation
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
