Job Description

• We are seeking an HR Operations & Talent Management professional with 2+ years of experience for TCS, Bangalore, willing to work in a US (completely night) shift , to support global HR operations across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Core HR, and HR Data Management.
• The role involves strategic hiring for technical and functional positions with strong exposure to manufacturing domain recruitment, global sourcing, screening, interviewing, compliance, and reporting of hiring metrics, along with providing Brazil market intelligence.
• The incumbent will partner with business and HR leaders to identify learning needs, design annual learning plans, role-based learning roadmaps, and support blended learning programs, while also assisting in compensation planning, benefits administration, statutory compliance in India, and HRIS / HRMS tools.
• Responsibilities further include managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, regulatory compliance, HR transactions, employee query handling, and data-driven HR decision-making through dashboards, analytics, and system integrations, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance across regions.
