Job Description :
As a Project Manager, you will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while working closely with cross-functional teams. Your role will involve managing project timelines, resources, and client expectations to ensure successful completion of projects aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to meet project goals.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet targets and deadlines.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with technical teams, including developers, QA, and designers, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and manage expectations.
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Facilitate project meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree from a well reputed college with 3-6 years of experience as a Project Manager in technology-driven projects, preferably in community health or public health sectors.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment.Preferred (Not Required) :
Experience with healthcare, Medicaid, or community health solutions.Familiarity with healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, CCDA).Prior experience working with US-based clients or healthcare organizations.What We Offer :
